Pricing & billing

Takt bills on two complementary axes, measured at the scale of your organization. You pick a plan for volume, and add add-ons when you need more API/AI capacity.

  • Volume — the number of pageviews collected. The plan sets this volume: the higher the plan, the larger the pageview quota.
  • API/AI — the number of API requests (reading stats, integrations, AI agents). Each plan includes a base allowance; the Connect and Connect Plus add-ons stack extra API capacity on top.
Both quotas are shared (pooled) across all the sites in your organization. You can track an unlimited number of sites: volume and API are counted org-wide, never per site.

Unlimited sites, pooled quota

Whatever your plan, you add as many sites as you want — there’s no cap on the number of domains. The pageview quota and the API request quota are shared across the whole organization: a low-traffic site leaves headroom for the others.

Soft-cap: tracking never stops

If you go over your quota, tracking is never cut off. Takt keeps collecting your pageviews and events: you lose no data and your site isn’t penalized.

Overages are simply flagged in the app so you can adjust your plan or add-ons. Volume and API counters reset at the start of each billing cycle.

No paywall, no hard cut-off. A traffic spike never breaks your measurement — you reconcile calmly on the next cycle.

API/AI add-ons

When your API/AI needs exceed your plan’s allowance, add an add-on without changing plan:

Changing plan & managing your subscription

Everything is driven from the app, under Settings → Subscription & billing:

  • Upgrade: the difference is prorated and charged immediately.
  • Downgrade: the change is credited and applied on the next billing cycle.
  • Payment method & cancellation: managing your card and cancelling the subscription go through the Stripe portal, reachable from the same tab.

Invoices & receipts

Your invoices and receipts live in the same Subscription & billing tab, under Invoices & receipts. Each invoice is downloadable as a PDF for your accounting.
