Terms of sale

Plans, their included volumes and their add-ons are described on the Pricing page. Every new organization gets a 14-day free trial, with no payment method. When the trial ends, access to statistics is suspended until a subscription is taken out. No payment is ever charged unless you have subscribed.

Prices are in euros. Amounts including VAT apply the French 20% rate. VAT is computed from your country and status, and the final price including all taxes is shown before you confirm payment. A business established in another EU member state that provides a valid VAT number is invoiced without VAT, under the reverse charge.

VSK may change its prices. A new price only applies to a running subscription at its next renewal, and you are told by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. If you refuse it, you can terminate before that date.

You subscribe from the Subscription tab of your organization’s settings. Before paying, you accept these terms and expressly ask for the service to start as soon as you pay, before the withdrawal period ends. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed, which you receive by e-mail with your invoice.

• Payment is made by card or another method offered by our payment provider, Stripe. VSK never has access to your card details.
• The subscription is payable in advance, when subscribing and at each renewal.
• Invoices are sent by e-mail and remain available in the billing area reachable from your settings.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries several times and notifies you. Without settlement, the subscription ends and access to statistics is suspended.
• Businesses: any late payment incurs penalties at three times the French legal interest rate, and a fixed €40 recovery fee (French Commercial Code, articles L441-10 and D441-5).

If your traffic exceeds your plan’s volume, nothing extra is charged. The service keeps working normally until the end of the following period. If the overage persists beyond that, access to statistics is restricted until you move to a suitable plan. Collection is never interrupted: no data is lost.

The subscription is taken out for a month or a year, as you choose, and renews automatically for the same term until you terminate it. If you are a consumer, you may terminate a renewed yearly subscription at any time after its renewal: the unused period is then refunded pro rata (French Consumer Code, article L215-1).

A change of plan or billing period takes effect under the terms, including any proration, shown before you confirm it.

You can terminate at any time, in a few clicks, from the billing area in your organization’s settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the period already paid: the service stays available until then, and the current period is not refunded, except when the right of withdrawal is exercised or in the cases set out in the data processing agreement.

VSK may terminate a subscription for a serious breach of the terms of use, after a formal notice left unanswered for 15 days, except in an emergency affecting the security of the service.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason or paying any penalty (French Consumer Code, article L221-18).

To exercise it, send us an unambiguous statement before the period expires, by e-mail to [email protected] or by post, for example with the form below. We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the payment method used when subscribing.

If you expressly asked for the service to start before the end of the period, you keep your right of withdrawal, but you owe an amount proportionate to the service provided until your request (article L221-25). The refund is reduced by that amount.

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 and following) for the whole term of your subscription. If the service does not conform, you may ask for it to be brought into conformity, or failing that for a price reduction or termination of the contract.

VSK takes the necessary measures for the service to run properly. Towards a business, its liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage, up to the amounts paid over the last 12 months. Towards a consumer, it is assessed under general law, and no clause can limit the rights the law grants them.

If you are a consumer and your written complaint was not resolved, you may refer it free of charge, within one year, to the consumer mediator VSK belongs to (French Consumer Code, article L612-1). VSK is in the process of joining a mediator: their details will appear here once appointed, and are available on request until then.

These terms are governed by French law. A consumer may bring proceedings, at their choice, before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred, and keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Between businesses, any dispute falls under the courts of Paris.
