By accessing the Takt service and its dashboard, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
Using Takt implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Takt provides a privacy-respecting web analytics tool, offered as a hosted service (data stored in the European Union). Features may evolve over time.
3. Account and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to use Takt only to measure sites that you operate or are authorised to measure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempt to circumvent technical limits, no collection of personal data through Takt in breach of applicable law.
5. Intellectual property and licence
Takt is proprietary software. Access to the hosted service and dashboard is granted to you under a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the duration of your subscription; this licence transfers no ownership rights in the software to you. The service's trademarks, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Availability and warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. We strive to offer a reliable service but cannot guarantee it at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Takt cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
